My name is David Jordahl and I am an independant web designer.  I don't do the fancy or complicated type designs.  But, work to be creative with some basic software, images and HTML coding to achieve an awesome online presence, that's a cost effective option.

For custom web design sites, I work with a company called Homestead Technologies.  Homestead has easy to use software that my customers can (if interested) download, to have the option of make updates themselves.  Templates are good option when cost is a major factor, yet have a sharp looking and functioning site.  I usually always customize templates for that personal touch.  I plan to add more hosting and design options in the future.
